Folégandros is not a partying island, on the contrary. Compared to islands like Ios, Kos, Santorini, Paros and Mykonos, this is a very quiet island. However, if you love to listen to music, have some drinks and dance there are possibilities even on Folégandros.
Maybe there are about ten bars in total including some bars in the centre. But the number of bars and their location may differ from season to another! The bars in the centre are a little more quieter where you principally relax and listen to music. During some occasions, like the Greek Eastern there are dancing and a rich night life even in the central squares of Chora.
I want to mention some of my favourite bars:
El Greco, just beside the bus stop for Portes and Ano Meria. This is a bar with a young audience and international music. A friendly place where you and send your young teenagers without being worried!
Avli, next door to El Greco is a nice bar with good music an indoor dance floor and outdoor bar. International and Greek music.
ΠΑΤΙΤΡΙ - Patitiri is situated a few blocks behind the Petrol station. Nice interior, good international dance music! When you get hot, you can relax under the stars in a huge garden.
